Nazarene Bible College






The Registrar directs the planning, organization, and management of student records, and course registration.

Primary Duties

  • Provide for the maintenance and oversight of student and academic records
  • Certify compliance with governing regulations, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Develop, evaluate, and supervise course registration policies and procedures, and coordinate the same with other departments where responsibilities overlap
  • Arrange and assist with annual graduation activities as assigned to the Registrar’s office
  • Oversee the processes involved in requests for student academic records
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of required institutional academic reports
  • Oversee registration personnel, including their hiring, supervision, development, and annual evaluations
  • Assist in the development and execution of the departmental budget
  • Advise the college’s administration, faculty, staff, and students on issues relevant to advising and registration
  • Maintain, review, and analyze institutional data


  • A Christian whose faith and life are in harmony with the doctrine of the Church of the Nazarene and the culture of Nazarene Bible College
  • A master’s degree in a related field preferred, along with three to five years of employment experience in education
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Extensive experience with computer database and digital process programs

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel. The employee must be able to stand, reach, walk, climb, balance, bend, or stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to sit at a computer desk and use a computer keyboard and mouse without discomfort.
