An Evening with Ron Heagy

What would you do if you woke up on your 18th birthday and were told that you would never walk again, or learned that you would no longer feed or dress yourself and your only movement would be from the neck up? That's exactly what happened to Ron Heagy when he broke his neck in a surfing accident in 1980.

Ron's amazing story is one of courage, strength and true inspiration. In spite of his total paralysis, he chose to get better rather than bitter and live life with purpose and passion. With his humor and real life experiences, Ron teaches people of all ages how to turn adversity into opportunity, and to live the abundant life. His message will inspire and change the lives of those in the audience.

Therefore, Joni and Friends Colorado Springs, in partnership with Nazarene Bible College is proud to present An Evening with Ron Heagy on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 6 pm.
