HLC Reaccreditation
Nazarene Bible College has been granted continued accreditation by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The next Comprehensive Evaluation visit will be scheduled during the 2020-2021 academic year.
In announcing this accomplishment to the NBC Board of Trustees, Dr. Gary Streit, Vice President for Academic Affairs, stated "This is excellent affirmation of the strength and quality of the academic program at Nazarene Bible College." He also highlighted a statement from the HLC that NBC "has been approved under commission policy to offer up to 100% of its total degree programs through distance education." Streit noted that is a significant accomplishment. In making his statement, Streit acknowledged the efforts of the faculty and staff who worked so hard to make this report possible.
NBC received initial accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission in 2006. The college is also accredited by the Association of Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).
