Vital Information to Graduation Applicants Who Are Confirmed

For all graduates, please be aware of the following important information regarding the issuing of your diploma:

• Diplomas (and covers for those not attending commencement) are shipped directly to the address indicated on your graduation application approximately 6 weeks after the conclusion of your graduating semester.  For those graduating in Spring or Summer who are attending Commencement, your diploma received at commencement will be a blank ceremonial substitution.
• If your address has or will change between the time you submitted your graduation application and your actual graduation date, please reply to the registrar, Duane Mathias (DAMathias@nbc.edu) with your corrected address information.  This is critical in order to receive your diploma.  Lost shipments can cost you upwards of $40 to replace.
• Most applicants for graduation provide only a first and last name to be printed on your official diploma.  If you want your full name printed on your diploma (or are not sure if you provided the proper name for your diploma), please email Duane Mathias (DAMathias@nbc.edu) and indicate clearly, and in order, your full name as it is to appear on your diploma.  Again, this is critical in order to receive the diploma as you intend.  Incorrect name order or names can cost you upwards of $40 to replace.
