Newstart Course to be Offered Online During Winter B
The course "Leadership for New Churches" will be offered online beginning January 7, 2008. This six week course will prepare men and women to lead and develop leadership in new churches. It will cover issues including managing finances, developing a church structure, and developing a ministry action plan for a new church. This course will be led by Dr. Alan Lyke who successfully began a new church in Missouri before coming to teach at NBC. It will be filled with practical help and guidance from someone who has "been there." The course is offered for credit (regular tuition rate) or for Certificate Training ($150). It is one of four courses on NewStart to be offered to train those considering starting new churches. It is NOT NECESSARY to have participated in the NewStart Orientation course in order to participate in this class. If you have questions or would like to sign up, contact Dr. Duce at 884-5155.
