An Old Fashioned Hymn Sing

You can be a part of a old fashioned hymn sing on Friday, April 4 at 7 pm at the Radiant Church, which is located at 4020 Maizeland Road in Colorado Springs. This worship experience is for the whole family and will be hosted by Paul Ferrin. Special Guests are Nazarene Bible College Choir, directed by Dr. Steven Grimo. Violin and Piano performance provided by Don and Janell Robinson. Musicians Paul and Marjorie Ferrin have been in music ministry for 49 years, serving churches in Colorado, Kansas, Ohio, Tennessee and California including Bethel Church in San Jose, California and Capital Christian Center in Sacramento.

Paul has had well over 300 published arrangements and compositions, including a Dove Award-nominated musical entitled, "A Morning Like This." He served as director of music for the PTL Television Network in Charlotte, North Carolina, in the mid-80s and has conducted several music seminars in addition to his ministry in the church.

Marjorie has served churches as organist, bridal consultant and Bible teacher. In addition to her role in Hymn Sing, she speaks for various Christian organizations and women's groups. Paul hosted his own television program, "Young at Heart," for two years until he was appointed director of the National Music Department for the Assemblies of God in 1997.

After serving in the National Music Department for nearly six years, Paul retired to give full-time attention to "An Old Fashioned Hymn Sing" ministry that he began in March of 2000, in Colorado Springs.
