Honoring Mr. Fred Phillips
Honoring Mr. Fred Phillips

Celebrating 20 Years of Service

At the NBC Faculty Workshop which is held once a year, two very special administrators were honored: Dr. Alan Lyke for 25 years of service to NBC, and Mr. Fred Phillips for 20 years of service.

President Graves honored Mr. Fred Phillips, the Chief Information Officer of NBC, for his 20 years of service to NBC. Dr. Graves brought to light Mr. Phillips’ deep commitment to NBC and all he has done for the institution over these 20 years. What a difference Fred Phillips has made in online education at NBC.

Dr. Graves emphasized that during the COVID-19 stay at home orders, NBC could not have continued if it had not been for Fred and his commitment and leadership to NBC.

President Graves prayed a blessing over Fred and Karla, their girls and their grandchildren, that God’s blessing would pass down through each generation.

The administrators, staff, and faculty all applauded in agreement and in appreciation for Fred’s contribution over these years. NBC is indeed grateful for Fred Phillips and his leadership.
