Application
Overview
Every prospective student needs to complete and submit an application. Applicants may (a) request an application packet be mailed to them; or (b) print an application fill in the information, and mail it to NBC; or (c) complete the electronic application, and submit it over the Internet.
Applications should be submitted at least 30 days prior to registration. Online students are required to use Microsoft Office 2003 (Student and Home Edition) or newer. Additional free software may be required to take online courses.
