Nazarene Bible College Campus Easter Celebration
The Associated Student Government hosted an uplifting Easter Dinner. Easter is special at Nazarene Bible College. We celebrate every day because Jesus Christ is risen. So, we're especially glad to celebrate his triumphant resurrection, as He renews us every day: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation..." 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV).
Following a special Holy Week Communion Service Chapel, the dinner was held Easter Sunday in the Alumni room. Families joined single students to celebrate the life and gifts of Jesus in a spirit-filled gathering. The food was very good, but the fellowship was even better.
After eating, the sun was still shining on a picturesque spring day in Colorado Springs. Children dashed over the newly greening grass, around Apostles Court and the beautiful campus grounds. Many of the adults joined them, savoring the warm afternoon breeze.
Beginning with Palm Sunday, it was a week spent reveling in the blessings of the Holy Spirit. God has blessed us abundantly, and we are grateful to celebrate Jesus' life and resurrection. The Easter Dinner was a wonderful culmination to Holy Week at Nazarene Bible College.
